The event technology stack
Event websites and apps
A branded event site with agenda, speakers, venue information and registration, built by the same web team that builds Movaci's own platforms. Attendee apps and live agenda updates when the event needs them.
Hybrid and live streaming
Streaming for remote attendees, recorded sessions for post-event use, and the bandwidth planning to make both reliable. We test the stream from the venue before the event, not during the keynote.
Secure event Wi-Fi
Dedicated event networks sized for the real device count, segmented from the venue's house network, with production equipment on its own path so a full guest network never threatens the stage.
Attendee data protection
Attendee lists are personal data. Collection, storage, access and deletion follow the same security controls Movaci applies for managed services clients, which gives your legal and procurement teams a straight answer on PDPA and GDPR.
Microsoft 365 and Teams integration
Movaci runs Microsoft 365 for enterprise clients every day. For events that means Teams-linked hybrid sessions, calendar and invite flows that work with corporate tenants, and content that lands where your attendees already live.
Digital signage and wayfinding
Session boards, sponsor loops, room signs and wayfinding screens, driven from one place and updated live when the agenda moves. Signage follows the run sheet, not a USB stick.
On-site technical operations
Engineers in the room for the duration of the event, monitoring the network, the stream and the registration systems, with spares on hand. When something fails, it is fixed while the program continues.
Why this belongs in house
When registration, networking and streaming are subcontracted, every failure becomes a negotiation between vendors while your event waits. When one team owns the full stack, there is one escalation path and one group of people who cannot point at each other. That is how we run managed services, and it is how we run events.
